I have chronic physical pain, and they work with me in a way that is building my strength, while decreasing my pain. I highly recommend the Naperville studio. They maintain a clean and pleasant environment. I'm grateful to have found them.

The staff at the studio are very friendly, encouraging, and make working out fun. It is a small staff so you get to know the staff and even the folks in your group class if you go regularly. It is surprising how fast time goes and I feel better after each workout and have seen results over the longterm.
