I like the short workouts and I've really enjoyed working with Dawn.
Once you get into the routine it becomes easy to attend your scheduled sessions. The fact that it only requires less than a half hour to complete each session and still get a complete workout is important since I am a CPA and quite busy during certain parts of the year.

3-The staff: happy; professional; knowledgeable; fun;
4-General: less than one minute between your vehicle and parking; ability to wear street clothes to exercise; other members very friendly;
I workout 20 minutes 2 times per week and develop outrageous muscle mass. My blood pressure is back to normal. Its fun, warm, and all the support i need physically, nutritionally, and motivationally.
The studio is a terrific place to work out. Each of the professional coaches are knowledgeable, moviating and kind. They respect personal goals while still striving for overall physical wellness. They make exercise fun, as well as hold clients accountable for working hard.
Very clean. Love the technology. Even though I have only had one session, I didn't feel sore afterwards like I did when I went to Crossfit. The coach was really nice and I enjoyed working with him. I already have two people interested in joining but cannot afford it at this time.

This is the only gym or exercise routine I've been able to stick with consistently for almost a year now - and best of all, it shows! The coaches are super friendly and the exercise machines are top notch. Yes, it is definitely not cheap but for me it has been worth it given I used to have such a hard time sticking with any exercise for more than a month previously. Twenty minutes twice a week, now that's definitely doable - thanks Exercise Coach!

The trainers!! Very encouraging, knowledgeable, professional and nice! They truly want to help you reach your goals. It's a very tough workout - but every time I'm there I tell myself "it's only 20 minutes!! You can do this". And I do!! And feel myself getting stronger each time. Oh yeah- The protein bars are awesome too!!
I love eveything about the place. The staff is great. The lasting effects of the workouts are unbelievable. I also like that you see a change after just a few visits!! The best way to exercise.

It is very clean and the staff are wonderful and take the time to help you.
The program is very personable and it fits each person's ability and strength. It also encourages them to work harder by showing a visual display in how their progress is going. It is a very good motivator.
The Trainers
I was raised to believe one must exercise everyday for 45 min. If you do not, you feel guilty. Even though the idea of 2 x 20 min workouts a week sounds incredulous, there is absolutely scientific proof that it works, and it actually far exceeds any other exercise routine I've ever tried. The Coaches hold you accountable, the technology proves your results, and most importantly, it only takes 40 MINUTES a week! This is personal training at its finest and I'm so happy The Exercise Coach changed my antiquaited perceptions of "exercise". Try it, you won't believe it!
I like how quick and efficient the workouts are and how friendly the trainers are.
The simplicity of the workout. I don't feel like I exhaust myself but still see a difference tone and strength.
