Trish, my trainer, is great - she mixes up the programs, weaves in the exerbotics and traditional, gives great guidance on form, and is a great human just to be around 3. Bruno runs a high-quality facility and business - a long-term team tells you all you need to know. 4. After 18 months, I still go 2-3 times a week and love it with tremendous results.
