I like Troy as a trainer. He pushes me each and every workout and keeps challenging me. The new workout format (adding in the cardio) has been a welcomed challenge. I feel stronger and more determined.

What do you like about our studio?

I started "enjoying strength" at the Exercise Coach over three years ago. Needless to say, I am hooked.
I had passed the studio twice a week, to and from work, for a few years before stopping in. I felt I needed some structured exercise in my life and was curious - I didn't know what the place was like or their training philosophy - but the location sure was convenient. And if I'm going to work out and stick with it, it had better be convenient. My first encounter was with Troy, who explained the 20 minute twice a week method and put me through some tests to see where I was physically. 20 minutes two times a week, with my sessions scheduled before work - I could do this!
And I have been ever since. I have to say, it was the convenience that drew me in, but the staff is why I keep coming back. The training staff are very positive, knowledgeable and helpful. Troy and Meagan are fabulous, and I really enjoy our sessions. I am very pleased with the results as well. I'm more toned, my clothes fit better, and my total cholesterol dropped 35 points. I feel healthier than I have in years. All due to 20 minutes twice a week. Awesome!

What do you like about our studio?

The Exercise Coach has been very helpful for me. Troy Randall has been very helpful this past year with understanding which areas to target, especially with regards to improving my strength. That said, what was upsetting was the inflexibility with making up the two days that I missed during my July vacation. No one told me that I needed to make them up immediately when I returned, and when I made up one date in August, I was penalized and told that I could not even come in on my regular day during the month. For the price you charge, I think that policy certainly needs re-examination. I never did get a chance to make up my other missed day.

Therefore, although I am very happy with the actual exercise and with Troy's helpfulness, as I will need to miss many days in October that I'm sure I will not be able to make up during October, I wish to cancel my membership at this time. Thank you.
