The science and proprietary technology made available through the physical equipment.

The knowledgeable staff.

The attention to detail of the office space itself: design, artwork, information. A very well-maintained space.

What do you like about our studio?

I am able to get two good workouts a week with a trainerl in only 20 minutes per session. Even when I don't feel like going, I still go since it is only 20 minutes. I do not like exercising. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed with an exercise program. In the past, I paid membership fees but never got my money's worth.

The method - the equipment - the people (Michael is the best -- knowledgeable, intelligent, observant, and dedicated; Megan and Krassy are excellent).

It is quick and effective. I like the staff, who are always friendly and encouraging. They have helped me to have a much higher level of functional fitness.

What do you like about our studio?

Great coaching and personal attention. I've worked out with Exercise Coach for multiple years and have never injured or strained -- they keep the focus on each client.

Sensitive staff -- they really get to know their clients and then know how to best motivate each person.

Clients share experiences and it makes getting in shape easier and productive.

They also have a nutritional approach that works!

There are several features about membership at Exercise Coach that I value:

1) total supervision by my trainer
2) ease of setting up one's schedule
3) ease of making the occasional schedule change
4) easy automatic payment option
5) exercise regimen that works!

Personal attention & encouragement to keep trying. Hard work but always feel better about myself when done. I am older & feel this regime has helped me stay strong & fairly limber.

I have been a member of The Exercise Coach in Arlington Heights for over 8 1/2 years. I have found the strength training exercises to be very beneficial in only a 20 minute workout session.

What do you like about our studio?

The tailored one on one workouts are great! Who would have thought just two 20 minute intense workouts each week can have such successful results? Anyone who puts 100% into the twice weekly workouts will see real results in a reasonable time frame... much quicker than "going it alone" at the gym.

There are two different workouts each week which are changed about every 8 weeks, so it never gets boring. Each workout targets the entire body. When you are done with the workout you are beat so you know you've made progress! They try to push you until you cannot do any more... as they say "Push you to failure"... So as I say: "If I push to failure I have succeeded but if I quit on them, I've failed!"

The personal trainers are well educated, up to date on training methods, and committed to each client's needs, goals and level of skill! I have been a client for almost 9 years and plan to continue. 40 minutes a week is all it takes... and a good diet, positive attitude and a "just a bit" of hard work. Thanks to my Trainers!!
