the layout is great, love the addition of some music as it helps me actually focus. the mix of equipment and the addition of the bikes is well laid out.
I like the waiting area as it has allowed lots of discussion with other clients and exchange of success stories.
sometimes the exercise room is cold....
waiting area needs more heat in the winter.....

What do you like about our studio?

I like the way the trainers each hold you accountable for doing the weights correctly. Even more, I've been extremely pleased to find solutions to some of my health issues through weights instead of doctors. It puts the control back in my hands, with a lot of help and expertise from the Exercise Coaches!

What do you like about our studio?

Thanks to the Exercise Coach of Arlington Heights I'm in great shape. I've been working out at the Exercise Coach for 6 years. I have more strength and stamina than some friends of mine who are 20 years younger than me. Thanks to their unique training methods, I was able to donate a kidney to a family member at age 71. According to the transplant center at Loyola University Health Systems, I am the oldest person they ever sanctioned to donate a kidney, because of my unusual good health and condition. What do you like about our studio?

Very good trainers. Also, since joining Exercise Coach, this is the first time in my life I stayed with an exercise program. It is covenient to only having two sessions a week for 20 minutes each with maximum conditioning.

I like all of the trainers. Everyone is supportive. I like being pushed but not to the point where it will hurt me. I like the flexibility as well. I enjoy going to work out as I know it is a short timeframe and I have a time which makes me commit. Then when I leave I am always surprised it is over.

I love that my workout is tailor-made for me. I also love that I am reminded about proper form and breathing techniques as I go through my workout. Exercisecoach is state of the art and fits my crazy schedule!

What do you like about our studio?

I like that •I don't have to dress in specialty clothing
•the whole workout takes 20 minutes, so I can work almost any activity around it
•I am totally supervised and don't have to keep records myself
•although I have lost weight, people think I weigh less than I do---that's because my body is getting in better shape
•the trainers are great to work with
•the studios is efficiently run and there is no wasted time
•I am proud of myself for having kept with it; it's my first anniversary and it feels like I just started!
•I am lucky enough to live just down the street from "my" studio
•I learned some new, healthy eating habits from the 30-Day Metabolic Comeback

What do you like about our studio?

I have been staying fit and increasing strength at the Exercise Coach (the "EC") since late 2007... Twenty Minutes Twice a Week will get you back in shape, improve health and will keep you fit! The knowledgeable EC trainers pre-plan the routines and work with you one-on-one by appointment in a semi-private gym setting. They focus on strength, cardio and, if you want, nutrition too. It is an ideal exercise program for Clients of all ages!

To get the most out of the EC "all" you need to do is show up well-nourished and physically ready to put 100% into the 20 minute work-outs (then eat responsibly the rest of the week). I have never been injured exercising with the EC. The trainers know you and what your body can do. If you have an injury they will work with you so you can keep fit while recovering. Another aspect is they can tailor your workout to prep for an upcoming event. For me that was skiing: It had been a while so they prepared a focused workout and my 50+ year old legs took on the slopes like I was a kid!

In conclusion as long as you do your part this approach to exercise does work! There is no quick fix for getting back in shape but Twenty Minutes Twice a Week at the EC will get you there... and faster than you think! And once you are "there" the program will keep you fit, increase strength and maintain good health. The EC way does work for Clients of all ages! No fooling!
