What do you like about our studio?

I am able to get two good workouts a week with a trainerl in only 20 minutes per session. Even when I don't feel like going, I still go since it is only 20 minutes. I do not like exercising. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed with an exercise program. In the past, I paid membership fees but never got my money's worth.

What do you like about our studio?

It is quick and effective. I like the staff, who are always friendly and encouraging. They have helped me to have a much higher level of functional fitness.

What do you like about our studio?

Great coaching and personal attention. I've worked out with Exercise Coach for multiple years and have never injured or strained -- they keep the focus on each client.

Sensitive staff -- they really get to know their clients and then know how to best motivate each person.

Clients share experiences and it makes getting in shape easier and productive.

They also have a nutritional approach that works!

There are several features about membership at Exercise Coach that I value:

1) total supervision by my trainer
2) ease of setting up one's schedule
3) ease of making the occasional schedule change
4) easy automatic payment option
5) exercise regimen that works!

What do you like about our studio?

I like Troy as a trainer. He pushes me each and every workout and keeps challenging me. The new workout format (adding in the cardio) has been a welcomed challenge. I feel stronger and more determined.

What do you like about our studio?

I started "enjoying strength" at the Exercise Coach over three years ago. Needless to say, I am hooked.
I had passed the studio twice a week, to and from work, for a few years before stopping in. I felt I needed some structured exercise in my life and was curious - I didn't know what the place was like or their training philosophy - but the location sure was convenient. And if I'm going to work out and stick with it, it had better be convenient. My first encounter was with Troy, who explained the 20 minute twice a week method and put me through some tests to see where I was physically. 20 minutes two times a week, with my sessions scheduled before work - I could do this!
And I have been ever since. I have to say, it was the convenience that drew me in, but the staff is why I keep coming back. The training staff are very positive, knowledgeable and helpful. Troy and Meagan are fabulous, and I really enjoy our sessions. I am very pleased with the results as well. I'm more toned, my clothes fit better, and my total cholesterol dropped 35 points. I feel healthier than I have in years. All due to 20 minutes twice a week. Awesome!

What do you like about our studio?

I have been a member of The Exercise Coach in Arlington Heights for over 8 1/2 years. I have found the strength training exercises to be very beneficial in only a 20 minute workout session.
