The Exercise Coaches are knowledgeable, personable, and supportive. The facility is clean and well organized. I love the workouts are 20 minutes which makes them very doable and actually enjoyable. Kudos to Brandon who went above and beyond to assist this computer challenged senior over the phone to help me set up the Scheduling App. At age 66, it is NEVER too late to start. All the trainers are very professional yet they know how to have fun at the same time. It’s been great getting to know them and I look forward to my work outs. I am so happy with the strength and stability I feel that I’ve gained since coming.
The encouragement and knowledge of the coaches. The variety of exercises. The regular schedule of two 20-min sessions per week, wishing are very doable. The ability to do partner sessions. Even the music!
It’s a calm environment, the trainers are really friendly and want to get to know you and achieve your aims. There’s always a relaxed atmosphere and chat, but we get the work done! I love spending 20 minutes and working hard, 5 mins of HIIT afterwards, 5 minutes stretching and I’m done and feeling great! I can go get on with my day! I also like having an actual appointment because if I’ve made that appointment, I’m going! Also having that personal trainer doing every exercise with you it very motivating and because the machines record your progress each visit, there’s no slacking! I’m always trying to get a personal best!
