The Staff, convenient to my community
The trainers are wonderful. I usually work out w Chris and I can’t say enough good things about him - he’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. I also think extremely highly of Sorayah, Zurriel, Courtney and Philip. I hate exercise, yet I’m ALWAYS glad to come into the West U Exercise Coach.
I also love the results. I’m markedly stronger than I was when I started training here in March 2021.
The wonderful staff who’s attention to detail is reassuring. I’ve been going to the Exercise Coach for several years and I have experienced several health improvements including less back and neck pain, improved blood pressure, greater strength and endurance, and lower pulse rate.

20minutes of intense work. Great way to get a full body workout in an efficient manner. Trainers develop a program for your specific needs/goals and consistently update your program as you progress.

I love the scheduling flexibility and forgiving cancelation policy. I think Chris is a great trainer - he listens, he is observant, he works to make things appropriately challenging for me. I love the short workouts - when I thought I had to do a minimum of 1 hr per workout, I ended up never doing anything. 20-25 minutes is very doable, and it means I've gone from 0 minutes working out per week to nearly 90 minutes per week and have kept it up for years. Thank you!
