I'm about 2 months into my second year at the Exercise Coach. This is the longest I have stayed with any fitness program that I've tried. I appreciate the small group setting. I appreciate being able to measure how much stronger I am now. And mostly, I appreciate Evelyn! She is the perfect balance of teacher, coach, mentor and helper. Her attitude keeps me coming back.

Love the coaches. Love the results. I came to you in a very weak state. I had finished with cancer treatments and was feeling very frail. These classes have made me stronger and given me the ability to get back out there and hike and bike again.
