The coaching is really great! Coaches are encouraging yet push you a little too. The Germantown Exercise Coach offers a challenging workout that I highly recommend.
We like everything: one on one coaches, customized plan for the individual, computer that keeps up with your personal stats, growth and how clean the studio is kept.

The studio is a friendly and clean environment. The instructors explain the machines and how they work, and encourage you as you are working on them. I haven't been going long enough to see any changes in myself yet, but my goal is to stay motivated eat healthier and see a difference soon!

I love the technology of the machines and that group coaching is available for a reasonable fee. It helps me to have appointments twice per week because it keeps me accountable. I feel like I’m doing something good for my body and the exercise coaches are well trained and knowledgeable. I’m very happy that I found Exercise Coach.
