Good coaches and efficient
It is exactly what I was looking for. I don’t want to go to a crowded gym. I like the personal trainer, quiet atmosphere, and the achievement each time. I have told friends how much I like it and I hope I can keep coming.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff. We always feel safe and heard. On occasion we have needed to make adjustments to our routine and the staff has been able to offer alternative exercises that help remediate a specific problem. (I.e. aching back or arthritic knee). We also really appreciate the encouragement we receive each and every time we are there.
