It was nice to have someone taking photos of the graduation so that we could sit back and enjoy the experience. The photos were good quality, and ready quickly after graduation. I deduct one point for three small flaws:
(1) I do not want your company logo on the front of my photos in the text area
(2) I wish there were more backgrounds specific to the school and that they could be chosen for the green screen option
(3) The face recognition software gave us too many photos that were not ours, and I worry that other photos we would like have been given to someone else.
Other than those three things, our general impression was favorable, and it is an invaluable service on a milestone day.

My original order was not what I had ordered online and I was disappointed. But I called the office and explained my situation and received kind and courteous help.
