Our technician that came to the house was so friendly and helped us better to understand gas appliances. It was our first time being introduced to gas so he spent the extra time needed to explain all of the safety aspects to our family. He went above and beyond to work on both fireplaces to make sure everything was safely attached from the previous owners. -Name removed and Cindi Alles

good communication up until the tank installer did not check with my builder the day of install to double check location....
worked out ok but could have gone badly!

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the female representative when she realized that my tank was low and needed quick delivery. She also suggested a partial fill now, with the remainder at a later date when propane is a little cheaper. True to her commitment, I received the fuel within 3 days of my phone call.

The representatives in the contact center are always very polite and helpful. The man that delivered the propane was also very nice and helpful.

Great service at a home that I am not in most of the time. I have had great service and no problems with running out of gas, or communication especially being in Canada. Thankyou!

Promptly took my order. The individuals that work the front office are sincere in their consideration of my husband's suicide and the fact that I have to handle EVERYTHING now. They are always so nice and concerned.

We had an emergency as our old electric tank heater burst.
When we were able to get in touch with Tim who handles sales, he went to bat for us and helped us get an account set up immediately and arranged to have a tank delivered as soon as the tankless system was installed.
Thank you Tim.
The Mt Pleasant office staff was much more difficult to work with unfortunately.
