What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

We purchased a gas dryer from lowes and needed to convert it. We bought a lot and made the appointment for Americans to come out. After working for over an hour to get the dryer apart, the guys realized Lowes sold us the wrong kit. They were very kind and suggested we call lowes to get the correct kit, call back and schedule an appointment and they would come back out and install it. I went to sears that same day, called and set an appointment for the following morning between 8-12. They arrived at my home at 8 o'clock sharp and had my dryer set up and running within 30 minutes. Very impressed by the service and thankful they were so prompt in getting my appliance working as soon as they could.

One person on the phone, in particular... Grace. The new driver as well. However there was a mix-up as to how much we wanted the tank filled. Our request was the minimum of 125 gallons, instead, the driver had no notes, and filled to complete.

The initial person I spoke to in regards to my issue was not helpful at all and quite negative. She referred me to call the customer service department but they said I need to speak to the local office - so back I went and called the office again and spoke to Nicole- she was absolutely the most wonderful person!! She helped remedy my issue without passing me on to someone else. To me - that's Customer Service and you have an employee that really listens.
