I was impressed by the customer service shown by both the person I talked to on the phone to order and the service delivery driver. Both were knowledgeable and polite while imparting the information I needed to know. I was contacted the day before so I could make sure the dogs were put up and the gate open. Thanks, ProFlame! It was a good experience.

What impresses us most is the continuing good service from G & K. We are from the golden "Gebbie & Kleibe" days, although at 74 years of age I can no longer recall how those names are spelled. Here's an aside that has nothing to do with G & K, thank goodness. I remember the night Unigas exploded. It happened on February 20, 1970, which was my twenty-seventh birthday. Facing Yucca Valley to the south, I stepped outside onto the back porch in Johnson Valley. It was as though the sun rose. An orange light appeared above the Bighorn Mountains, and just as quickly it sank out of sight. There was no accompanying sound. The following day we learned what had happened. The man Kylee asked me to put my dogs away which took a while and he was patient about it. He wasn't here very long, and was polite!

They came when they said they would, filled our tank, and left without us even knowing they were there. I had to go look at the meter on the tank to make sure they had been there. I appreciate how quick, quiet and unobtrusive they were.
