What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

That you filled my smaller tanks. I usually am told no, recently a driver told me "no" is when the deliveryman just does not want to do it.

We really appreciated being contacted when there was a price drop. When we returned the call to the office, they were very efficient and our propane was delivered promptly. The entire experience from ordering the delivery to paying the bill online couldn't have been easier or more convenient.

THANK YOU / WE RAN OUT OF GAS AGAIN WE WHERE USING WESTERN PROPANE AND AFTER THE THIRD TIME THAT WE RAN OUT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T FILL US , WE HAD ENOUGHT OF THIS NONSENSE !!! SO WE CALL NANCY WITH AMERIGAS AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY TO SEVICE US ... WE NEVER SHOULD HAVE CHANGE PROPANE CO.., IF IT WASN"TFOR NANCY THAT SERVICE OUR HOME

MPF called to ensure we were able to get a fantastic deal on propane and even followed up to ensure we didn't miss the deadline! Drivers are always polite and show up when they say they will. Also, customer service people are always polite and professional and I have never had a bad experience speaking with a representative from MPF.
