What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Brianna listened and actually showed empathy to our situation. I've called before and been treated pretty badly. In fact we've been looking into other companies because of the poor customer service I would get every time I called. This is my second encounter with Brianna and she was fabulous both times. I'm so impressed with how she handled my irritation with perfect professionalism. AmeriGas you definitely have a great customer service rep and I hope she is rewarded!

I was amazed at my service! You came exactly when you said you would. In fact, I posted this on our Forest Fall Facebook page, because some of my neighbors had actually dropped your service this year and I was considering doing so too. Last year I called several times before you came so I was VERY pleased this year. Thank you so much! I am a very happy customer!

Truck was here on the date it was promised. Delivery man was pleasant and left the delivery ticket with me at the front door.

The drivers are very courteous and fill us up a lot. I find the pmt. schedule on the computer very easy to use. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the service since it began.

Our installation man (Tim Davis?) was wonderful! He went above and beyond. He found that there was a leak in the system and fixed it for us. He was very good and explained everything he was doing.

When I called on a Wednesday to report that I was down to 15%, you told me I was on the list for Friday. You did deliver on Friday as promised. I appreciated the info on when the delivery was scheduled, and the follow through.

We get a delivery once a year they been on top of it the lady from the office remind us about its time to get the gas.

I like he did his job and was on his way but the guy fixed my tank and we agreed uponed a fix price and when they delivered it wad not the price we agreed and I received a very large bill and then they bother me when I cannot pay
