What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The guy that filled my tank & checked my appliances & helped me understand propane is a fantastic employee & a true gentlem. He went above. & beyond to help me.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I gave a 10 rating mostly because I had no problem. It is difficult to give a rating because the home that is being serviced has become a vacation location. I no longer am able to use it as my residence, but it is used by my family and friends. The only service I get from AmeriGas is for heat, and gas is delivered only in the winter. I rely on the company's vigilance and have had no problems.

I feel it is hard to answer that question. The customer service person was terrible it took almost 20 days to come out.
