Before you would not set a day with me, the driver would just show up when he was in the neiborhood. This time I received a call 24 hrs before on my machine and was given a time window. This is a huge benefit for me because I need to unlock my gate for the driver to have access! Thank you!

Customer Service Representative, Olivia Duran, did a wonderful job of answering my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. She addressed all my concerns and represented the company very professionally.
