The two office/phone answering women are great. They understand my requests and act on my behalf.

For the first time, my bill was printed clearly and I feel as though I know how much propane I have left.

I was able to habe gas delivered while i was at work and two days before Thanksgiving! Awesome and easy!

They were very kind and went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. From the servicewoman on the phone to the gentleman that delivered the propane, I couldn't have asked for better service.

I called last minute on Thanksgiving holiday week to get my order filled. I didn' realize I was close to being out of gas. The manager took extra ordinary care to make it possible for a delivery of gas to be delivered. He really didn't have an obligation to make it happen. The result is that I could heat my house and cook our thanksgiving dinner.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

A few yeas ago, when we had a problem with our tank leading and it led to having
to buy a new furnace, one of your chief executives stepped in and reimbursed us
for having to install a new furnace. We really appreciated that.

With winter coming on, please be sure to keep our tank filled. I'm 88 years old
and unable to check out the tank. We pay our bills automatically on Visa.
