What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Everything from the individuals who responded on the phone to the delivery person was professional and people oriented. I appreciated that the billing was set up for the first of the month too. I certainly would recommend AmeriGas to anyone.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

What stood out the most was the dedication to making sure everything was safe with the overall job.
After he spent some time switching out the regulator and waiting on some tools. He could have just left as I believe this was taken a bit longer then what he anticipated. But once he was in his truck and ready to leave he came back to double check that I knew how to turn off the propane tank. Something he could have easily checked the box yes and left. But no. He took the extra time to come back and make sure. That really stood out to me and said a lot about him personally

A defective product was replaced with no questions asked and the replacement was installed promptly. Both servicemen were pleasant and competent.

They did what they said they were going to do. I am confused about the note left on my door however when they filled the tank. I will do a follow up call to figure out what I owe.
