Louis Martinez saved the day when the monitor that measured our propane level failed to operate correctly for auto fill and we ran out of propane out of the blue - he quickly came to our rescue and kept in contact assuring us he would resolve the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty.

Friendly and knowledgable staff that takes into consideration issues that are occurring with the heating system as a whole and not just the propane side. Thanks for the assistance!

CL is always cheerful and has bisques for the dogs. I have never run out of fuel in my 30 years here. And the office crew are always easy to work with.

Everyone that I dealt with was great. They were all knowledgeable, professional and personable. I had a conversion done to my gas stove. The office people who arranged it were extremely helpful. The tech that did the conversion was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I had a 100 gallon propane tank installed because of a discussion that the woman in the office had with me. You did the site inspection the next day and the install the following day. The tech that did the install really know his job and it made me feel very confident that everything was done correctly and safely. The day after the install a driver came by to fill the tank and he was also a great guy. I would recommend you from top to bottom to anybody who needed service.
