I called and asked for service and received it within 48 hours without any special charge. I was also very impressed with how hard the driver worked moving the hose through all the snow!

Bi-State checks to make sure our tank is always full and that it doesn't dip way down. I really appreciate the delivery service and especially when that huge storm came in. Thank you!!

We ran out of gas. The truck came promptly and the service man was thorough and knowledgeable when getting the air out of the gas lines.

We had not dug out a pathway to the tank yet but we really needed propane so the driver climbed through 4 ft of snow and still delivered.

In a pouring rainstorm Armando arrived promptly and filled our tank. He was very courteous and efficient as he relighted all the pilot lights. He's a good guy!
