I called about the tank being almost empty and they delivered the propane the very next day, thank you very much, very good service.

Impressive driver. Ron who was delivering gas in Mammoth Lakes went above and beyond to deliver gas. There was so much snow which made it really difficult, but Ron made the delivery possible.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Bi-State is very prompt and n9o hassle. This is the second inquiry and both times handled very professionally. It's a real plus to be able to leave a message and get a "noreply" response that explains how problem solved.

From billing to repair situations Bi-State has been on top of everything.

I am a part timer at Lake Tahoe. When I called to inquire about timing on my next delivery, my call was answered by a person who was not at the main office. She was professional and kind, she relayed my concerns. I received an immediate email (as requested) from the main office and all was taken care of. It is a relief to know we are in good hands.
