The ability to use a smartphone app to place a delivery request and see the current price per galllon. The only thing I wish you could do is confirm specific delivery date. (Just to let you know... I own my tank, so I can shop for best price per gallon, so I hopefully can rely on you to provide competitive pricing.)

On the other hand, I am disappointed in the customer service getting to the point of having the gas tank installed.

The driver was very helpful and courteous. He checked my pilot light (water heater), and lit it. I was much impressed by his manner and service.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I rated 10 solely based on delivery service, however, in person, via phone and with the previous delivery person have inquired about moving our tank to outside our fence with no response. My husband is handicapped and without assistance from him or myself with the hose, delivery of propane is impossible due to where the tank is located and the minimal access to our yard. Years before the change in management or whatever happened, someone had come out and looked and said it could be done (in a different location with further piping required) but nothing ever came of that. The location we want now is much closer to the house but still outside the fence. This has been going on for three plus years. Do I need to seek another provider in order to get things done, making propane delivery to my house easier?
