What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

You have a key to our gate, we've never "run out" of propane nor had any other delivery issues, and the billing seems timely and with the appropriate information. No issues, no problems. Wish propane prices would come down with the decline in oil. I've never understood the math!

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Good price, friendly and timely service. Jennifer in the Quincy office was great! the delivery guys and refill guy were also on time, friendly and efficient.

one small thing; I was told the delivery guy would give me a phone call on delivery day with a time-window for the delivery. This did not happen. I had to call the Quincy office twice to get the delivery window, and they had to call the service man in the field to get it. A simple phone call with a two or three hour delivery window would have freed me up to run some errands. That's an important courtesy that shouldn't be overlooked.

The communication via customer service and service provider were both perfect, easy to set up appointment, the driver called to confirm timing, even allowing a change for us that morning to afternoon. He installed the gas, did the checks,...and knew his job.
