For some reason I have been on an automatic fill once a year, in January. That has since been changed to every six months, which is a good idea since I didn't appreciate running out of gas in the middle of baking apple crisp....which turned into apple soggy. At least it didn't happen three days earlier in the midst of making Thanksgiving dinner. However, when I called the office the next day, as I didn't think it constituted an emergency requiring a Sunday delivery, I had excellent service (I think her name was Brenda?) and the tank was filled later that day. There was a lapse in communication, though, as the tank was filled but there was no gas to the stove. I didn't realize that a small leak in the tank was detected (I only had it for 27 years), and the gas had been shut off until a replacement tank could be installed. That took place on Tuesday, and I am once again cooking with gas. All in all, I would say that I had received excellent service, and a credit to my account was a nice bonus.

I just put in a pool (propane heated). If it wasn't the excellent services out of the Eugene, Oregon office, the project would not have been successful. Also, for 10 years we've had excellent delivery support. Our land is fenced for protection of our not so bright (but loving dogs). Your people always are to careful and good o them. Especially Keith - our usual guy.
