For the most recent call and prior ones, Bobbie at AmeriGas has been excellent.

Propane for each of my houses was delivered this week. She is working on having the rusting tanks (11 year old) painted and on fixing the lid on the tank at 854 9th Street SW, Bandon.

Also, THANKS to the delivery person for your good service - placing the delivery tickets for the two houses together at 870 9th St SW.

Your employee Matt. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience with my many questions was truly outstanding. He took his time and made sure I understood the system. Explaining the dangers and the different aspects and features of my system. He could have came in and ran through it, answer my questions and left. However he pointed out each and every appliance, usage rates, suggestions, different features that I really needed to know. And all in such a way that didn't make me feel like a dummy. He even took the time to show me the type of snow chains he uses.......
Your company has a very valuable individual representing it in Matt. Take care of that man because he sure is taking care of Northern Propane customers!
