Route person delivers our propane needs efficiently and without issue. Deliveries are made regularly to maintain uninterrupted service which is greatly appreciated.

Very nice and helpful. It was a bit of a stretch with all the snow but he was willing to climb down a snow bank to get the missing 8 feet or so to fill the tank. The phone service that said...no clear plowed and unobstructed walk way to the tank.. well then sorry. kudos to the driver:)

Speaking with Patrice...she was so nice (and a happy person, judging from her laugh), she helped me through the online agreement making setting up an account very easy. The delivery guys were also very nice, quick and efficient. I also noticed how clean and well maintained your service vehicle was, this shows me you care about the equipment (and that is important).

What was really nice though was getting a call from Patrice the next day checking if all went smoothly....ah, Now I remember what customer service feels like.....and as I told Patrice, I won't forget.

The people answering the phones were very helpful and nice & the young man who delivered the propane tank was so nice!!!!

Since opening our acct. a few years ago, Northern Energy has given excellent sevice, always showing up to check our levels in a timely manner, topping off our tank if needed, then sending our billing out. They make this a seamless process. Most impressed by their dependability. It's great go know we count on their great service!

The driver drove up our very icy and rugged road to refill our tank before it got too low. We're so glad we're on auto-fill. We were not aware that we were almost out of propane.

The manager at the local Springfield office was excellent! I had a legitimate complaint, was forceful in presenting it, and she handled it with poise and fairness.

The extra effort that your office staff and delivery person made to reach our mountain cabin when snow and ice covered the roads. However the propane cost per gal is much higher than your competitors who also service this area.

When you call to have your service done they come as soon as they can and they always put the right amount they are just good at their service.

We have been using for 12 years and their problem free. Their Great to deal with. One time we ran out of propane on holiday and they still came out to help us.
