I like that we get "automatic" service. However, when the tank was filled this time the service man just left the fill notice on the front door and the wet, windy weather blew it off the door I feel he should have rung the doorbell and let us know..

Service is automatic. Serviceman came and checked tank content level, topped it off, and was on his way, all without my knowledge. Seamless! Keep up the great service.
