What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I have used C & D propane since 1998. This was my mom's house, she rented the tank, so we just kept it for all this time. While the propane heater isn't our main heat source, we wouldn't be without it. When I called C&D propane they were out in about 3 days, and the service man was super nice. I have never had a negative issue with C & D propane.

I can always count on them keeping my tank full, and when the weather is terribly cold, I need it!

We had returned home after being out of the country for 2 months; our propane was down to 30%.
Snow was on the ground and it was very cold. Even with snow and trucks that were "broke down" the receptionist stayed in contact with us through the 2 weeks before someone could get to us to fill our tank. We got very low, but never ran out.

We were at zero in our propane tank and when we called it took less than 20 minutes for the driver to arrive and fill the tank. When he finished the fill he re-lit the heater and water heater and checked all connections. David did a great job. Thanks to all.
