receptionist's and driver's are very easy talk to - deliveries are on time - no mess or fuss

would like to see senior citizen get a good discount - would like see the will call charge of $6.99 dropped-they deliver every monday regardless auto or will call so the next monday is no added cost to you

He arrived and topped off our tank
, rolled the hose,and left. We saw him and heard him and had no interaction with the delivery person. Very satisfying.

The driver's courtesy and professionalism. He introduced himself to let me know that he would be servicing my propane tank...nice touch! Oh, and the rates remain low.

Everyone wants to help the customer, and are ready to solve problems. Drivers are experienced, and deliver as scheduled, and work to not do damage to landscape around tank.
They are here and gone without a fuss.

The propane delivery person was careful to pull the hose out to our propane tank and locking our gate. Office staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience. Too often, customer support teams only hear when things don’t go well. I wanted to write to you to let you know I had an amazing experience with service representative Amber Stafford and a field tech Bob Lee.

We’ve been away for a bit and came home to find a propane gas leak on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. The team dispatched right away and they turned off the gas so we could all be safe. But without gas, we couldn’t do any of our cooking (our stove, oven, bbq grill and fireplace are all propane). My wife and I were a bit worried we wouldn’t be able to have a Thanksgiving with our sons. Amber understood this and worked with our local homeowners group to troubleshoot the issue, sending out Bob to determine that it was a leak in the riser. Understandably he couldn’t fix that issue today but he was able to put up a temporary tank (all through a massive downpour of rain) that will get us through the holiday. We simply wouldn’t have had Thanksgiving without them.

I work with many organizations through my company and I can tell you most strive to have this level of professionalism in their operations and support teams. They are a great reflection of a customer first attitude and I hope my note in some way shows my family’s appreciation for their outstanding service.
