The delivery driver was extremely friendly and helpful. He even suggested that we turn off the pilot to our fireplace in the summer months to save propane. He showed us how to do that and how to turn it back on, promising to turn it back on for us if we feel uncomfortable to do that ourselves.

I appreciate very much for not altering the price from the initial quote and after the delivery. For that reason, I will use the Northern energy again. Also, being able to see the locked in price online from my personal account is very useful. One tiny request would be that I would love to see the itemized invoice from the email rather than just the total amount due. Thank you.
