Adam was great. I didn't give a 10 because my appointment was for arrival between 1-3 and he showed up at 11 while I was still at work. I was super annoyed that I had an appointment time arranged and that wasn't honored! I didn't want to have to reschedule. It worked out in the end. He was able to come back and did a good job. Also it was odd to have the check, stove ready to go...but then wait another 5 days to get propane in the tank. Creating an account, snail mail, appointment to check stove, then another wait for propane...seemed like more of a drawn out project then need be.

Adam was through, helpful, fully explained things, kind and professional.

So happy to have heat! Thank you.

I saw your truck filling the neighbors' tank and walked over to see if the driver could check mine on the way out. She came right over and was very efficient and pleasant to talk to. Turned out I needed 186 gallons. It was nice that she saved me having to call you out again.

Prompt and freindly. I need to do a little research. The per gallon price I was just charged seems quite high compared to last year? I will have to check with the new compitition on the island.
