Having run out of propane, not being to heat my house, cook food, or take a warm shower, the Omak staff made a delivery the same day as the request. Excellent service from all involved.

The issue at hand was running out of fuel. When I signed up for account in September 2016, I signed up for automatic refills and secured a price for two years. Checking with the local office, the secured fuel price was in my folder, but there was nothing about the automatic fills nor was there even a copy of my contract. It seems to me that running out of fuel during the winter could absolutely have been avoided had the completion of my new account been finalized.

Before deciding on Northern Energy, I probably contacted every other propane dealer in the area. For the most part, they did not seem to want our business, either with outrageous prices or no response. Northern Energy responded to us with reasonable prices. We worked with Jim Bailey. He was helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable. He delivered and installed the propane tank on schedule despite cold, snowy weather and then he returned to install the regulator. We were also told to contact him if we had any problems. This is the kind of service we expect and appreciate.

I've always been impressed with the customer service we've received from AmeriGas and its representatives.

We've been customers on the Western side of the state as well now on the Eastern side.

I noticed my propane getting low so I called in to let them know .and they showed up the next day on the spot despite the crappy weather to refill my tank .The driver is a very pleasant fellow even having to work crazy hours .I also convinced my neighbor to switch from her company to northern energy she also now is saving $. thanks Much !
