always friendly over the phone, generally fairly quick to deliver propane (within 1 or maybe 2 weeks at most of placing my order)

Ours is a business and we have a propane tank at our food truck site. They are ALWAYS timely with their refills.

When I had an issue with frequency and scheduling, the local office in Yakima, WA assisted me immediately and went above and beyond to fill my tank. After the issue occurred, they followed up by phone to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. I was impressed with their attentiveness and customer service.
