Showed up the same day I called for a tank inspection and tank fill. Service representative was polite, efficient and left a clean work area when he finished.

They were very friendly, and answered all my questions that I had before I ordered propane from them. And then when we figured out a day and time for them to deliver the propane they delivered it right on time and there are people that deliver that were very friendly also.

Fantastic service. On the phone and especially the 2 guts when they cane to fill the tank. They checkef things and helped me to raise a pipe thst was loose.

Northern Energy has those traits I want in a business, 1) the billing is easy to understand,
2) generally Northern Energy has a good 'stay-filled' policy, 3) and the employees are excellent.

Although we were needing to leave town, the staff worked to get our gas tank filled before we left. That way when we came home we were going to be able to continue to stay warm as it was below freezing temperatures.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Wendy White! She went out of her way to get us set up quickly with a new account, and helped rush a person out to our new home so that we weren't left stranded without heat. Her professionalism and friendliness REALLY impressed us. The stress of buying a home means trying to juggle tons of new service contracts, etc and this one was BY FAR the best. She made us feel welcome in our new neighborhood. Can't say enough about her - please give her a huge raise!
