All staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about there job. Field tech had years of experience and made sure all was right before he left. Very good employee. Tank was filled safely by the delivery person. All done well and professional.

The people in Riverton, WY: great. I always call there to deal with refills and pay my bill, because your web access is an embarrassing and impossible disaster.

It was easy to set up my delivery online. The driver delivered when I wasn't home and there didn't seem to be any problems with the delivery. I am happy that it seemed so effortless.

Sheridan Amerigas is most helpful of all propane dealers in NE Wyoming and SE Montana. The people are friendly, check my tanks on regular basis (important as we are disable) & deliver promptly if we need propane. Then, they trust us & we pay them when we have the funds, usually w/in a week or so. Best people in the world. Name removed

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Our propane tank had obviously been in need of repair for a very long time and the young man who filled our tank contacted his boss and when Robert arrived and assessed the situation they both came in to talk to us.
Everything was explained concerning not being able to get a pressure reading so the repairs were made to the tank. Upon trying to get a pressure reading after the repairs they couldn't get it work then either. After checking other possibilities we were told there had to be a severe leak in the underground line from the tank into the house. We were told what had to be done before a new line could be installed and they could do it the next Wednesday but until that time we had no propane and no hot water - this was on a Thursday.
Friday afternoon all of the work was completed on our end and Robert was called. He came out first thing Monday and laid the proper line as the old line had rotted in several spots and got our propane up and running and our hot water heater and gas stove were lit.
Those two men went above and beyond to do the right thing!!!

That u come by and check the level of our propane, we don't have to call u. U also check out the prices of propane and deliver us the lowest price per gallon u can.
