What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

t\The new team has my full trust again it started with Wendy she told me the steps and for the first time with this company it went exactly the way she said it would Brad called to set up date foe new 1000 gallon tank Rusty then called to confirm appt which I was figuring he was calling to cancel for some reason but nope he showed up very professional he made unnecessary calls to take care of me with price and he told me he would have the new tank filled within 24hrs and I said sure you will and he had Kevin out the next day tank was filled I was shocked for the new staff is its nice to see that they make promises and stick to them and my phone call ended with a call from Katie which was very nice to hear from so once again you have my trust back because that new team in Billings Mt. AWESOME JOB

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

All of the folks I have dealt with at NEP have been thorough, professional, friendly, even funny. Not one propane company in over ten years here has ever wanted to inspect propane-powered appliances to make sure they work and are safe, let alone make sure I know what to look for and how to handle a situation where I might need to turn off the propane. Hopefully, I will never need to put that knowledge to use, but it's an added bonus that one might not even think about if it hadn't been brought to my attention. Thank you.

Everything, Sherrie the customer service person to the install and the person filling the tank. Personable, nice, professional (and not in a phony way) and very very easy to work with. Thank you and keep up the great service, it is needed back here in the sticks:)
