What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Our delivery person went above and beyond to deliver our propane. He had to shovel a path through the snow to get to and clear off our tank. My husband was not at home when he came, he was over helping a neighbor shovel off his roof. Mark is always pleasant and I've known him for years.

I am impressed with your delivery staff in that they are genuinely concerned about providing quality service. This can best be exemplified by their recent delivery during inclement weather to ensure that we had sufficient propane reserves to last throughout the winter months. They called several times during January to ensure that we were not running low on fuel. They are hardworking and personable.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The man who set my tank was polite, professional and answered all my questions. I was not here the two times propane was delivered so I had no interactino with the driver.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

This is our 22nd year with this company which was originally V-1. We have NEVER had a empty tank and the service has been exceptional. I notice they take safety seriously as the driver wears a face shield when working with propane. My driver also had to take extra time to chain up his truck. Another example of taking a few extra moments to be safe and sure versus taking a risk.
The Missoula office staff has also been great. I will call or email with an amount remaining in my tank just so they can keep the route driver posted. Especially during recent hard cold spells that might account higher usage than years past.
My thanks to Northern Energy for keeping us warm and toasty this year and the past 22 years! Keep up the great work!

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The weather has been freezing temps for several weeks. I had a hard time getting to my propane tank due to so much snow so didn't check often. When I did check, it was at 10%, so I called to order a delivery. Being so busy this time of year, I couldn't be fit in the current week's run. BUT the next day, I was surprised to see that the driver did fit me in on his route and I was no longer in danger of running out of heat!! Thank you so much!
