What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I was almost out of propane in a 500 gallon tank and the temp was going down to -11F that night. I have never run out of propane in 18 years! It has been a colder winter this year. My tank was at 50% on 11/30/16 but by 1/10/17 it was just below 5%.

I called Elaine at Northern Propane and she was completely sympathetic. She has also helped me in the past with pre-buy, so I feel that she knows who I am, which is a nice feeling. Through her assistance, Sparkie showed up at 10 am the next morning and was very kind to fill me up! Elaine later told me Sparkie made it a priority to get to me that morning. I am not the only one in the area affected by this issue, but I got incredibly caring, individualized service from these two people who went out of their way for me! Please commend them and pass it on!

operation. Offer good advice. Efficient, very timely service in regard to storage tank re-fills for home heating system.
