What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I do enjoy dealing with the people at the Pueblo West Mar Gas. Drew and Wendy have always taken good care of me over the 17 years I've been with Mar Gas. It feels more like dealing with family than a business.

Maria in the office has been great. She knows exactly who I am when I call, great customer service. Dave service tech out in the field have been AMAZING. I feel like I am calling a family member for help not a company.

It took a person at the local office to finally fix the problem . She took the time to research my bills to find out that I had missed a payment in February. Every time I called before they told me I was current and had nothing more to pay..

Always friendly. "Old Time" service and on-call availability.

Did we mention the Fairplay office gang ? No nonsense yet a most capable outfit, and so far, so good.

I was very impressed by Greg the manager who accompanied the driver who visited our home. They provided the propane that we needed and really went the extra mile with great customer service, kindness and professionalism.
