The office staff and the men (Ramon was one and I can't remember the others name) were great. However the driver how filled the tank was totally unprofessional quite rude and never bothered to come to I'm and let me know he was done

Our tank was empty an the service guy went into the house and tried to get the furnace working, but the blower wouldn't come on. He recommended Rim Country mechanical and they apparently showed up Friday Nd fixed, although they never called, so my Soren be his friends went up yesterday to shRik and since I haven't heard from them, assume all is well. Great service
