Rebecca in Tucson patiently explained how you handle certain aspects of contracts, billing, etc. She found a way for me to continue with Amerigas that is comfortable for me. I'm not so crazy about Amerigas national.

The fuel delivery was facilitated much more quickly than expected, which was great since the temperature has been so low that the furnace has been running more than usual. Thank you.
