April is always helpful and gets the job done and we love the customer service that she provides us. The gentlemen that set our tank and also those whom delivered the propane was pleasant to work with. Always takes good care of us and makes sure we have enough propane to last.

Hilary in the office answered all my questions, and was available while we were in and out of cell service on our way to our new house. Leroy, who delivered our propane and did our new customer home check, was helpful also. Moving is stressful, but people like these two make everything easier🙂

I like they arrived when they were suppose to. There service was prompt I did not have to wait.

We arrived home from being out of the country for 7 days on a Friday night to find that we had no heat and were out of propane. We read some scary things on the internet about having an empty tank and worried about being without propane for several days through the weekend until a delivery could be scheduled. We called the AmeriGas emergency number to at least get instructions about how to handle an empty tank---and whether we needed to turn appliances off, etc..
The person who answered was very helpful and assured us that it would be just fine. They got our information and said someone would call the next day. We assumed it would be the next business day and tried to figure out what to do to get through the weekend. Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. we got a call from AmeriGas letting us know they would be to our house that morning at 10:00 a.m. to fill the tank and asking for directions.

We did have to pay the emergency fill fee, but were happy to do it and amazed to be able to get it filled at all on a weekend and so soon after calling. We couldn't be happier with AmeriGas and will continue to be loyal customers, while also watching our tank more closely to avoid this problem in the future ; )
