They were helpful in the planning with other contractors and were on schedule with the installation of our generator and the needed gas lines. (installation last summer}

I had to utilize your emergency services and they were very responsive.

However, I think your systems need updating so that they have the ability to detect when a customer has used an unusually large amount of propane, allowing customer service co follow up and determine whether a customer needs additional propane before they're regularly scheduled fill-up.

Recently, the garage door of our lake home was opened for some reason and the door remained open for most of January. As a result, the heater in the garage ran until it emptied our 1,000 gallon propane tank and we got a $1,000 bill for that month when it is usually around $225. Even worse, because the tank was empty it shut off the furnaces in both of our homes and we had frozen pipes in our guest house. All-in-all, an expensive and unpleasant experience.

I get what i pay for and the guy that delivers is always friendly. Long as u keep doing what your doing by correcting the problem everything is fine.

I have had only positive experiences with AmeriGas. The women in the Bellaire office are so friendly and helpful. It is definitely a customer-oriented company.
