What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I called to see if I was enrolled in the budget or best-price option for this year (2Phone number removed). My receipt for the latest fill showed a price per gallon of $2.59. I was told I am in the program, and was told there was a price increase of 15 - 18 cents per gallon in the last few months.
I have been a customer of AmeriGas since 2008 and have generally been satisfied with the service overall.

Everyone I've dealt with from the nice woman in the office to the guy that delivered our tank have been knowledgeable and very friendly. No complaints from me.😀

I called for a refill of my tank before the cold weather sets in and the tank was filled the very next day, excellent service! and the receptionist I spoke with to schedule the refill was very pleasant, courteous and efficient.

nothing impresses me. service was terrible and was lied to about the rate for the first fill.
I am searching for a better provider

Hello,

I have a local AmeriGas office that I can visit and make payments directly to, getting to know those that work there is a plus for me. In my business as a marketing pro and business owner that is what I appreciate from a customer service point of view. That is the sort of thing I recommend to my customers/clients. Getting away from this kind of service is most often the biggest tactical error a company can make. Several things happen as a result and some are not immediately seen.

Thanks for the good service and good people I've got to know.
