The ease of getting service. Also being told appx when they would be at my home, and they were there. Professionalism of driver. Ease of paying online.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I had brain surgery, with the result being that of a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I forget to pay bills, but the people I deal with at Amerigas have always treated me with respect, even though I get behind because of my memory problems. They are patient and kind. And when I get behind, they are always helpful getting me back on track. Best staff ever!!
