What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

They really quick with the deliverys. Very nice people and very professional.

I do have one issue. The accountPhone number removed07 is listed under Name removed. He passed away 3 years ago. I have filled out the paperwork for a name change on the account 3 times. It's not that difficult. You just bring up the account, place the cursor after the "Y" in Harry, backspace 5 clicks and then type in Suzanne. A fricking monkey could do it. Maybe you could help me get this fixed?

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The rep did excellent job ; The first time I called they didnt do anything. A rep said they it might be a while and Id be put on a waiting list I didnt hear from anyone at all so I had to call back after a week and the second time the rep was very helpful with assisting me and got everything done.

You keep in mind, for price, that a pool heater is a luxury. You were there in a reasonable amount of time and the driver(i think) called the day before as I requested

We called another company and they were somewhat aloof because we only needed a smaller tank. We called your company and they were wonderful! We had our first fill up and they took care of us. I asked some questions and the serviceman showed me the gauges and explained them to me.

I have already recommended Amerigas to some of my neighbors. I had a prob w/ my previous supplier & I got in touch with Amerigas. I gave them all the info they wanted. Im on social security disability. I needed the best budget billing I could get & I got that from Amerigas. The only prob I had was I started recv letters about my credit. The prob came in b/c all of my dealings is w/ a credit union

Actually I like the women in the office. They are very kind. I would like it if they would call before they come out.

We are so pleased that you deliver to our lake camp at Senecaville and we don't have to drive the hour to be there for the delivery. Love the fact that you'll deliver, shoot me an email bill and I can pay online. It's great.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Always nice to call the office, and the delivery man is cordial, and efficient. Online payment is quick and easy to do, especially with the reply email acknowledgements. All in all....I'm very pleased with Amerigas.
