I ran out of gas, called the company and they sent someone out to fill the tank within 2 hours.

Very prompt service, with good communication. The driver was slightly inexperienced - but Richard was very responsive to my suggestions, and got on phone with his colleagues to resolve the issue. It was very impressive that one of the other drivers, Jeff, was there to help Richard and (hence customers) on his off time over the weekend.
