What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Your company worked with me and scheduled early enough that my mother was able to put the animals in the house while I was at work. By contacting me prior to the appt time, I was able to contact her and inform her you were coming to the house. What makes this so important is that my mother is unable to speak at this time because of throat cancer and having a Trach in. So thank you.

Arrived on time. Respectful.

However the price of the propane is not correct on the ticket he left and it is not correct on the emailed invoice either. I have pre-buy at 1.74. Please correct this and create a corrected invoice, emailed to me.

I really appreciate the way they work with me. help me get my problem solved. the tech man was so good at trying to help me get my heater going. I recommended it to my daughter. I’m just proud to have heat and thank you so much, even though I had so much trouble complication after complication you never gave up on me. thank you kristine

Heritage and its employees are always professional, prompt, listen to what I have to say and they always provide superior service at negotiated rates. I have done business with multiple Propane companies in the course of my life. Heritage provides the best service by far. Every year I review all vendor contracts. Heritage consistently listens to what I have to say and responds by getting me the best fixed price per gallon of propane. Your delivery men are always highly professional. I would recommend Heritage to anyone who asks.
