What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

We needed service for pilot light on gas fireplace at our Lake Home. We were not able to be there when service was scheduled. We left a key in lockbox and service tech repaired the pilot sending unit in our absence. When we returned pilot light was working job site was clean and house was locked.

They came within the time frame announced. On the day of delivery I was told where I was on the schedule and about what time that shoukd be.

All of the staff have been so helpful to us as we prepare to get completely moved into our new home. Everyone has been very polite and friendly especially Jess and David. We have always been total electric so we were not sure of how anything worked but we do now thanks to all of you. We are looking forward to a long, long future with Heritage!! God Bless You all!

The lady on the phone in Blairsville was very knowledgeable and polite. She was able to help solve my problem and make intelligent recommendations to me.
