What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Service is great, expensive but great. Tank fee is a real burden, I rent and must have paid for it 10 times over. Any help with this fee would be appreciated. Name removed, 1119 Lakewood Cr. Lakeland, FL. 33801.

The technician that delivered the propane was very helpful and informative. He thoroughly explained technical aspects of my tank and was very polite and helpful. I hope he gets a raise and/or promotion.

It was good. Except it still didnt solve the problem. My fire place isnt working because the gas was turned off coming into the house and they were supposed to check out another unit and I havent heard back from them. They fixed the leak but it makes the excellent service good but not affective.
