I was impressed with their willingness to work with me on my bill to fit my budget and their hospitality/kindness. From the moment I called in to order propane, to the service tech, delivery driver and manager...all we're exceptionally courteous and compassionate to my situation.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I received my gas refill the next day even though being told it could take up to 5-10 days. The representative who filled the tank contacted me upon arrival for permission to enter the backyard because we have a dog. It was delivered promptly and the gate was appropriately closed upon departure. Fast and Efficient... My kind of service!

were reasonably good for hot water heater replacement. Service calls for smell of gas issue several years ago was very pricey. Gas usage still seems expensive for hot water and stove only for one person in house.

Professional technician performed all necessary test to make sure the kitchen was free of any leaks and also up and running before leaving.

We were most impressed with the delivery guy, I do not know his name , but you can track him down from the ticket. ( truck 317065 )

We also learned, after being almost 8 years your client, that you can get "promotional" rates.

My husband spoke to Maurie N. who explained the process. However we have never received emails in that regard. So please keep us informed when you have a promotional rate.

Maurie was very informative and pleasant.
