This time my experience was very positive. Our meter was defective and we ran out of gas. Don was great and had his guy out with a small amount of fuel so I could take a shower and make my flight. The balance of the fuel was delivered later in the day. This was huge for me and very much appreciated especially when this wasn't our fault.
