spoke with the delivery guy, explained some issues that I had previously with Amerigas including fact that installation was mishandled resulting in part of work not being performed because it was not included in permit and fact I was considering replacing with another company. He said staff and management changes had taken place and suggested that I give you another chance. He had very good customer service skills, so we will see how it goes.

Service came the same day we called and the serviceman searched for and found the cause of our gas leakage and resolved the problem. He refilled the empty tank and made sure all of our gas appliances were in working order.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The process was pretty simple. I called and spoke with an agent who put in my request to have my tank filled. She helped me get set up with a "charge" account so I didn't have to pay up front and explained that the fuel would be delivered sometime in the next 10 days. It was delivered about a week later and the delivery person left a hang-tag on my front door to let me know they were there that day. I have not received my bill yet so cannot speak about that process yet.
