AmeriGas was able to make unscheduled service calls within 4 days of request to fill tank for house generators before a hurricane strike. Serviceman was very polite.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I have a gas stove. As Hurricane Irma approached Florida, the propane tank level was down to 20%. (I was counting on being able to use my gas stove to cook if the electricity failed.) The local AmeriGas office was not receiving phone calls on Wednesday; we put in a refill request online on Thursday. Friday morning a tanker came and replenished our supply. When the storm struck Sunday we did indeed lose electricity for four days, but I was still able to make good meals.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Employees were so very polite and accommodating. They went above-and-beyond what their jobs required, just so my wife could get the generator going for her oxygen machine; which is literally a matter of life and death for her. My wife and I want to thank EACH AND EVERYONE at AmeriGas for their help. It's companies, like AmeriGas that make America Great. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Name removed

I work at Grocery store never had a chance to contact Amerigas before the storm but your manager at the Brooksville location sent a truck to my house immediately after taking to him after the storm.

We have been with AmeriGas for 21 years. We have had some very bad experiences with them 2Phone number removed0. Since then there has been some management changes (all for the best)! Mike (the service guy) is great and gives great service. He has shown that AmeriGas really cares about their customers. I must say it took me some time to trust them after what all we had been through with them but I now truly believe that they really care about their customers! The office personnel are great and happy to speak with you and KNOW what they are doing. We say Thanks to all for the great customer service! We now say AmeriGas, the Company who cares about their customers!

Delivery was made on the Saturday after hurricane Irma hit. Did not expect to get my delivery until after the first of the week.

The people on the phone were polite and told me that I would not get propane until next week
and I understood as I am sure that they are very busy. I got it on Tuesday about 9AM

I was very surprised how quick the service was. I thought it would be like a week before i get my tank filled. Just 2 days! Wow.

The predictive use component and scheduling of deliveries.
It helps that the local staff is very responsive.
