Although there was a significant delay from requesting service to actually receiving delivery, the staff was courteous and apologetic for delays. Jason, our delivery person, always professional, courteous and quick. Also I appreciate that he gives me a call when he is at least 30 minutes so I can move horses out of the pasture our tanks are in.

I called Amerigas to set up a time for them to come out to refill our tank. When I mentioned that our pool man had just been here and cautioned me that the tank might be rusty and even leak from its time in the ground, Yani Lett said they'd send a technician out right away. I hadn't been concerned but she wanted to be sure everything was all right.

Freddy came out within a couple of hours and checked everything. He even used a little gas to be sure our spa heater was working. Very nice!

A gas delivery time was set up and Yani told us Amerigas would honor the discount we'd been offered back in August - when we couldn't accept it.

Everyone I spoke with there was VERY nice and couldn't have been more helpful - even under some trying circumstances they were evidently having.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I was running very low in gas and it was going to take 7-10 days to fill but the operator in the phone arranged for them to come sooner and saved me the additional charge I would have paid for an emergency call before my tank was empty.
