What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

We are set up on auto refill. Even before we had power back from Hurricane Irma, Balgas refilled our tank so that we were ready to go when the power came on.Thank you Balgas for being ready to go after the storm!

We were delighted and impressed that Balgas was able to deliver propane when our tank was about empty. We were without power for almost two weeks because of the hurricane and having the generator working again made it much
more tolerable for us. Thank you for your help when we needed it.

When hurricane Irma hit Miami, I was dependent on my generator; because of the backlog of customers requesting gas, my appointment for gas delivery had been delayed. Sylvia called me several times to give me updates on delivery status; I was impressed with her professionalism and her superb customer relations.
It is a pleasure doing business with Siegel Gas.
