I am on a service twice a year and they are always prompt and leave my home exactly the way they found it. If I need them more then my scheduled time they are always very accommodating.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I called on F ri. and they were there early Monday morning. Very good service.
One thing I don't like it the charge for our calling when we are down to 20%.
We have had a dog before and now due to rising crime, we keep the gates locked
when we are out. And at night. I don't think we should be charged because we
call to have gas delivered when it is 20% and they let us know 'about when'
the gas will be delivered. They used to call us and tell us what day the delivery would
be there. Now, they don't do that. Just say, "NEXT WEEK" or whatever.
Most people have security at their homes now days, and it isn't right that we
have to pay a fee for us calling to order our gas when we need it.
