He was very safe in moving equipment. Had wheels chalked, hard hat on when using boom made sure area was clear during operation. Also very helpful during emergency call TS Irma

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

We heard the gas truck pull up outside and I went out and talked to your driver about relighting our pilot light on the gas fireplace. He was very nice and as soon as he finished outside, he came in and spent a few minutes helping us to accomplish this. We have had nothing but good service from your company and we are pleased to remain customers. Thank you.

Bo Sheehan was terrific! When he saw that one of the fireplaces was in a big bedroom, he mentioned the building code regarding these kinds of fireplaces in bedrooms, but said he would make some calls and let me know. Not only did he call the local inspectors, he called a state inspector to find out if I could keep the fireplace in the bedroom.

Bo went above and beyond by making all those calls, and because of his persistence, he found out that I could keep the fireplace in the bedroom.

Bo was friendly, professional and provided me with all the information I needed - I even learned a lot about how these units work!

He also found a low-profile propane tank for me because he knew I didn't like having the upright tank right next to the driveway. Then, he came on a Saturday and painted it for me!

I have already told several people about Bo and your company. I'll send as many people as I can to Waynesville Gas!

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

This is our third home that we have had Blue Flame Gas at in Isle of Palms. The Service is Fantastic and we have been able to apply for an the "Automatic Refill" so that we are never out of gas. We rely on gas for hot water, cooking on a gas range and fireplace. With Blue Flame, we always know we have gas and will never run out as "they" check the tank in the yard. They know when we need a refill and take care of it. Thank you, Blue Flame Gas!!1
