good communication up until the tank installer did not check with my builder the day of install to double check location....
worked out ok but could have gone badly!

well they call ahead of time so that i could have gate unlocked ..its good

We had an emergency as our old electric tank heater burst.
When we were able to get in touch with Tim who handles sales, he went to bat for us and helped us get an account set up immediately and arranged to have a tank delivered as soon as the tankless system was installed.
Thank you Tim.
The Mt Pleasant office staff was much more difficult to work with unfortunately.
