They're prompt. However, I would ask that they not leave the bill on the back door since we don't use that door and it's usually there for a week or more before we see it.

I liked that I had quick propane delivery as I requested. I was not very happy with how long it took for my replacement parts to be ordered and ready for install. it took another month before the technician was back at my house to replace the part. He was a good technician, did a good job on the repair, just would have liked it to have been done sooner. Took much to long to get this repair completed.

I have no contact with Blue Flame since I moved into this house over two years ago. I have just recently received two bills; one, for a tank rental and one, for a refill of the tank (I think). But no contact and no explanation for the bills.
