The service man, Cody, went above and beyond the call of duty to not only fill the tank and check leaks properly, but he also ensured that the equipment was working properly inside the house and that i knew how to work it. He should be rewarded so that he and other employees know that your company values (i.e excellent customer service). Thanks!

The young lady the receptionist that did business with us she had an out-of-this-world personality and conducted her business job performance very well she had a huge sense of humor very funny and business-wise

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The service, both on the phone and from the man who brought the gas. He had been here before, and has always been helpful, as have all the servicemen. My only complaint has to do with billing procedures. I am happy to pay up front, and I understand that the numbers must be adjusted after the tank is filled, but every time I get a bill a few weeks later that makes no sense for money that I do not owe, and then a refund a few weeks after that.
