Phone courtesy...... efficiency. ----- Would suggest and appreciate when delivery is made the the driver come to the house to acknowledge his presence and when leaving to ring the door to give customer, if possible, the receipt rather than not knowing he had been there until later finding the print-out under the front door mat .... would make your company/service feel more personal/"customer friendly".

They were very easy to deal with when I lived in SC. I now live in Fl, and live in a gated community, and have no choice of gas service. It is provided through the Club , and each homeowner pays directly monthly

Delivery man on the Gas Truck was most courteous and considerate of our shrubbery in filling our gas tank. Very pleasant and professional. Thanks for your service.

The installers were courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable and polite as well. Got here on time, got the job done, seemed concerned that we were aware of everything we need to know.

I didn't have to call to have my supply replenished, automatic monitoring takes care of that for me. Makes life a bit easier.
