The man that came out last and corrected my issues was very helpful. Even thought i was aggrevated with my previous experience that led up to him coming out, he reassured my expectations regarding Heritage. Very knowledgable and very quickly checked everything out and corrected my issues. Thanks again.

I am sorry, but I live in Arizona. You service my sister's home in Waynesville. I can only say that I have not heard of any problems with your service from the caretaker, but I have no personal knowledge of your service.

The techs were very knowledgeable about my gas logs, he knew from 15 ft away what brand they are, where they're made, and how finnicky they are.
