We put in a ticket for a refill. We were informed that due to the hurricane demand we would be in a line. It was helpful having this information so we could better prepare. The gas arrived the following week as promised. I love calling and getting a real person on the phone. Always kind and friendly. We often get people coming to knock on our door with an offer of cheaper gas and replacing the tank for free. Why would we even consider doing that when Foust is such a reputable company. The first year you sent us a check at the end of the season because gas prices were so high that year. We couldn't believe it! Thanks!

Customer service is always polite and friendly and so are the drivers. Prices are good if you hit them at the right time.

We called and ordered a fill up. In no time we are set for the upcoming season. The representative we talked to was very helpful. I am pleased with the addition of the online bill pay. This makes it easier to keep track of ordering and payments.

The delivery was made and a bill left at the door. This was the same as always, so nothing impressed me any more than it had in the past.

I love the convenience of automatic refills, I never have to worry about running out of hot water. I get a notice at my door (or in my mail box) that they have been there which reminds me to be watching my email for my bill. Then I very easily pay it on line. Anytime I have needed to call the office they have always been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Heritage Propane!

I have always appreciated the employees I have had the privilege to talk to. I feel like they really do their best to work with me in all matters. Margaret, Katie Laurendinr, Brewer and Preston have been great over the years.
