JoAnn and Chris were great! The company has a great number of people that work behind the scenes. Haven't received the bill yet but I would recommend them to other friends or people looking for service in our area.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The three gentlemen who came out to the house were very pleasant and worked very efficiently in spite of the rainy day. The were careful to explain everything my wife needed to know about how the system operates, what to look out for in case a problem were to arise with a gas leak, and were careful to explain everything she needed to know while at the house. She was very impressed with their level of professionalism and work ethic. At their recommendation we purchased a carbon monoxide monitor which I have installed. Thank you again for a job well done.

The ease in which we were able to work with Campbell Propane. We just told you what we needed and you you told us what could be done.

Their willingness to accommodate our urgent need for propane. They also took all the time I needed to explain the different propane options and past property usage, since we're new to propane heat.

We just bought a new home and had no idea where the gas tank was or how the whole propane process works, as it was new to us. We saw a driver in the neighborhood who we motioned to. He kindly stopped and showed us where to find the tank so we could monitor the gas and how your company works and who to contact. Although only a few minutes out of his day, his kindness and knowledge helped to relieve just one of the many stressors of buying a new home. Employees like that are just the best because you can tell they care about the customers on their routes.

I'm most impressed with the customer service received from the Garner NC AmeriGas office. Nancy and Carolyn are always responsive to my calls for service. AmeriGas leadership should be proud of the service given by these two individuals.
