Very professional , courteous. "Do what they say" kind a people. Serviceman Doyle was especially helpful and I am enjoying nice heat from my propane wall unit. THANK YOU HERITAGE!!!

Manager Scott Davis has been responsive and efgecient
Technician Mike Pierce was outstanding
Driver was courteous and careful on the property
Office staff is friendly and have been very helpful

LEAST:
Corporate has imposed onerous rules for doing business particularly around liability for damage to a customer's property. Customers are expected to sign away their rights to redress to do business with company.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

My service tech was Patrick Robinson and he was very friendly. He held conversations with my my 6 year old daughter and me and never made it seem like she was bothering him with her curiosity and questions. He also made 100% certain that I had no leaks. He found one leak and spent a lot of time making sure that it was secure and would not cause further issues.

The staff is always polite and helpful when I call or go by the office to pay a bill Everyone is helpful when we have a problem The management is delightful and is very knowledgeable of the propane business I am very satisfied with Heritage Propane
