What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Customer service call. The web site is a bit tricky to navigate. Not sure why Heritage requires a social security number for non prepay. The rest of the world allows purchases with a credit card?

Excellent and friendly customer service! I have had terrible experiences with a previous propane company (Jefferson/Cocke County Utilities) and you guys are amazing!!

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I called Heritage Propane, spoke with a woman in the office, she asked me to read the guage on my meter, I told her it said "40" she said "thats fine" a few days later Don showed up, he told me "thats only 1/2 full and I don't want you out of gas in the middle of the coldest day this winter" Thank God for Don!! He looks after his customers, he checked my tank and all that goes along with that. I am so so blessed to have had him that day, so please, please send Don everytime! Cutest service rep ever and sooooooo helpful! Truthful, honest and beyond the scope of job. I can't thank h enough as he alerted me to a potential life threatening situation.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Called for propane on Friday; delivered on Monday. worst thing about Heritage is website. For as long as I've been using online service, they have been "updating" website and I have to look up my account and thype it in. Last time I pasted it from your own email and was told it was incorrect. Had to type in it. Then wouldn't accept the Pw I have always used and had to change it.

Stephanie, who went out of her way to make certain the delivery was made while I was still in TN and driver Jerry both were great representatives of your company. Both were friendly, courteous and very efficient.

Everyone was so nice. The lady in the office was so very helpful. The 2 men that came to set up my tank were very nice. Tim the gas delivery man worked on a Saturday and was very pleasant and helpful. He even lit my logs for me. I would recommend you to everyonr.
