Brent,who was your companies representative, worked on my fireplace until it was working correctly. I have been trying for the last ten years to find someone who would fix this Majestic fireplace. I could not find anyone. The excuse was always since we did not install it we can't be responsible for any repairs. Brent looked at the fireplace, determined what part was needed, it was ordered and the rest is history. I will always use and recommend Heritage Propane to friends.
