What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I had an unusual situation needing to get service re-established, tank relocated, etc. Rachel in Grandy, the nice expert guy who relocated my tank and the delivery guy were very professional and delivered big time. Thanks especially to Rachel.

We were almost out of propane and the terrific guy ("Dave?") checked w the office and got authorization to fill our tank. I was so relieved as I hadn't checked the gauge when I should have. My husband and I both saw the Floyd truck and went outside independently in the rain to check with him. He was great! Sorry I don't recall his name.

He was hear in an hour of his window . I didn't have to wait all day . He was very nice. And he called me before he got here to give me a heads up that he was coming,which was really nice .

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The serviceman who came to the house gave a lot of detail about what he would be doing, checking, etc. When he found that the tank was empty, he explained that the call would take longer than expected, gave me an estimated time, and explained what he would be doing during that time. I found that to be helpful and informative.
