I was impressed with both workers but I called to let you know the pilot light went off when I shut the fire down.I called but no answer so every thing is off from the tnk.I had to get my friens out of bed to hepl me. I called but no help as yet

The man (Ken?) who delivered our new tank and serviced and re-started our propane insert was excellent. He appeared very competent and was pleasant and polite.

We like the automatic delivery feature and monthly budget billing system that allows us to pace our payments at a known level for a year.
