From making the appointment to helping find a part to completing the job, customer service was great. Tony, the tech, was fantastic! We are very happy to have called AmeriGas and not tried to complete the job ourselves. Some things are not DYI jobs, and changing a natural gas dryer to propane is one of them.

The woman that answers the phone is delightful. She is always knowledgeable and answers my questions within that call. Great customer service!

I recently had my tank filled and when pressure tested the tech. found a leak inside the house at the heater. he pinpointed the leak which I repaired that evening. they promptly returned the next day and retested the system which then passed. service was then restored and all is fine. very professional starting in the office to the field. I must admit I am impressed with their service. thanks!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. I like to keep my tank above 30% in case the weather turns and they can't get a truck in. Although I am on automatic delivery she set me up for a delivery in the next few days. She was very friendly and professional.

I have been a customer for 20 years near. O only ran out twice. They are very efficient on coming and getting it restarted.
