Been a customer for years. LOVE my service office located in Woodbine,NJ. The employees are friendly, professional and very helpful managing customer accounts and questions. Calling them at the local office and speaking with them makes me happy to be an AMERIGAS customer.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

The gentleman that came out to take care of the lid on the tank was very nice and understanding of the problem. He tried to correct the problem the first time but could not find a lid that worked. He recommended to the company that replacing the tank would be the best solution and they did. He came back installed it and reset the pilot. He was very nice and I appreciated his help resolving this matter.

They delivery guys come in, fill the tanks, leave the receipt and are gone. Most times until I see the receipt in the door I don't even know they were here.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Every time I call for a refill I an either on my way out of the house or simply not within reach of paperwork that would have my account number on it. I seem to always get Amy on the phone, and she is more than accomodating with looking it up, and then engaging me in small talk while she looks for the number for me. They are extremely friendly and always get someone out to meet my needs if i require service!

I had a nice experience from the start of my becoming an AmeriGas customer. Richard "Mike" Campbell was my 1st contact, him being the Sales Rep. for my area, and he was very inviting, warm & friendly, even through the phone you felt as though you knew him for years, but I must say that Renee Lloyd took me on and handled everything after the inspection, it felt mothering lol ...and now I can call and speak with Candace in the CSR Dept who is also very friendly & personable too!! Extremely Great Customer Care!!

The technician was very helpful and showed us how to use our fireplace. He replaced the tanks and regulator and took the time to explain what we need to do. Very nice man.
