What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I ran out of gas on a Saturday morning. I called at 8am and had gas within 36 minutes. The person at the office was very nice and took care of things immediately. The delivery driver was very courteous. I've used Amerigas for eight years now, and while there have been some growing pains, the staff in Stroudsburg have been fantastic

I was pleased that the delivery could be handled so promptly.

Samantha is working hard (around the difficulty of a computer system that is not cooperative with her) to get proper updates to my account made so I do not get so close to running out of fuel again. She's very helpful as is Angela Collins.

SAMANTHA has a gentle and natural rapport with people. She does an excellent job listening and communicating with me. She has a knack for making me feel important when she speaks with me and is quick to assist me with any service that I need. Truly an asset to your team.

ANTHONY is the BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is the ONLY technician I prefer to work on our home. He has incredible investigative skills when it come to finding, working on and solving problems. He has an amazing ability to quickly assess a problem and identify potential solutions. I ALWAYS feel safe when he is finished working on a task here in our home. He shows incredible customer service and represents Amerigas in a positive and professional way.

I would recommend either one of theses employees and your company any time.

The personnel i have dealt with have been great. Although the service has never been urgent, I am sure that if necessary they would do all they could to help assist.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I was so impressed with the customer service. Emily was the reason we went wirh Amerigas. We own our own tank and were shopping around for propane, but wound up going with Amerigas even though it wasn't the least expensive option. Emily did an excellent job of answering all my questions and helping me to understand everything as I am a new homeowner new to propane. I wasn't home for the delivery and leak inspection, but my husband told me how smooth that process went and how they took the time to teach him about the tanks and explain everything to him.
