You make deliveries before I run out or low. Your modelling of gas needs of customers based on temp and past demand works.

Customer service pleasant and efficient. Gas cost slightly higher than others, but I don't own the tank.

The staff is friendly and they always deliver me propane when I call. I didn't get a contract in the mail to lock in my fixed rate for propane this year.

After we called to report that we were out of propane, someone was here at our home within two hours to replenish our tank.

What most impressed you about the service you received from Fallsburg Gas Service?

The fact that they showed up when scheduled and the work was done efficiently and responsibly and the staff that was sent were very professional and knew their job.

The only negative I have is the difficulty of getting a call back from the office when we called and left a message or actually spoke to someone. We often had to call a number of times before we got an answer to a question. Otherwise, the work was excellent.

I wasn't home at the time of delivery, but nothing was damaged or displaced so I'm satisfied.
