The professional,friendly,knowledgeable representative of your company, Chuck, answered all my first-time propane user questions, just a totally positive experience. As a new customer, we had a system inspection done prior to this by a technician, Ron, who explained the propane system and inspected all the components, answered all my questions, and was equally as impressive in his knowledge and professionalism. These two encounters with your representatives proves we made the right decision to go with AmeriGas.

I was impressed and pleased that Anthony found the problem and did such a thorough job of restoring the pilot light of our stove. I was very pleased and have always been so of the friendliness of the staff, the speed of their response and there very close attention to detail.

Stephanies' attempts to satisfy our needs quickly and efficiently.

We are not big users of propane but we were very disappointed by Amerigas pricing and
the elimination of the "Win Back" program. We considered having you remove your tanks,
until she convinced us to stay with Amerigas, and worked some things out !

my tanks were very low and she said she would get the delivery out as quickly as possible
if the driver was in my area she would notify him of the situation
they delivered in a few days
