I called the Lockport office on January 10 and spoke to Katie. I asked her about increasing my propane deliveries because I had run out of propane for my furnace twice before. She agreed to have my delivery schedule changed to every two weeks. Sure enough I received a delivery of 140 gallons (my tanks hold 200 gallons) on January 16.
