I would have marked this a 10 but we have a new driver that does not give out a delivery receipt at the point of delivery. We would prefer that, as it was done in the past.

Have had the same driver deliver for some time now. His name is Tyler. He is a VERY pleasant and helpful young man who treats me with respect which I very much appreciate. I am an old lady now and many young people seem eager to brush off old people as quickly as possible. Not so with this fellow. .I consider him to be an asset to your company!

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I felt guilty for not having shoveled a path through the snow for the delivery man. I went out and asked him if he wanted to deliver somewhere else while I made a path for him. He was taping up his trousers to prevent snow from getting into his boots. With a smile on his face he said that won't be necessary, and thanked me for the offer.

They come and do there job ans they dont bother anybody and they do it right.
