The driver was willing to call in to make sure he could fill the barn as well as the barber shop. I have repeatedly asked that when the truck is being sent here, that a ticket be written for both buildings. It only makes sense, saves gas and makes it easier on the driver.

Nice people. They do their job and I have nothing to worry about. They are close by also, so if I need to pay my bill or fill a tank for my grill, I can easily stop by.

When confronting the per gal price of propane earlier this year, I noticed the price offered was significantly higher than other dealers in the area. Instead of just switching providers, I called Vineyard Propane and told you my dilemma--after all, I have been your customer for thirteen years and wanted to see if there was any flexibility in the pricing. Your representative told me she would discuss it with her supervisor and let me know. Sure enough, your company offered a competitive price, and we are continuing to have a business relationship. I thought your response was most helpful, and I truly did not want to change to another company. Thank you again.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

Very good service from Mike, who came to the house when I reported a gas smell. He knew what he was doing and did it well.
