When i first called I liked that I spoke to a person not a recording. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and most helpful. In the field, I was impressed with the fact that they showed up when they said they would.

In general its how I wish all business was handled.

Diane went out of her way to straighten out or account that was mishandled by the billing/finance office. She is tops.

The delivery person went out of his way to further straighten out our account. Seems a limit to the amount of propane we could have was put on us.

We don't understand the treatment we have had to take in our account when we have always paid the bills we received, and have kept in touch about using Americas. Seems there is a major problem in your central office that needs to be straightened out.

We are in a unique situation of only having a fill of our tank when it is down, and that is turning out to not happen in over a year. Seems you need to be more sensitive to your customers.
