They were very responsive and didn't doubt what I was saying. In a world of doubt it was nice to see that they were willing to correct the mistake and not give me a hard time.

I've always been impressed by Young's Propane. I've never had to call to remind of a delivery and the staff has always been very helpful and caring if I've ever had a question.

ive been using Youngs for over 5 years, never had a problem that couldn't be solved. Drivers are super friendly too

The staff at the Topsfield Office, Lisa, was so helpful in scheduling my gas dryer install quickly. The gentlemen that showed up was very professional and completely the job in a timely manner.

The technicians were efficient and courteous. They were unable to complete the installation of my stove due to corrosion in the bottom of the stove under the plate but were able to complete the gas line installation so when I get the new stove it will be an easy hookup.

Needed my gas fireplace pilot lite lit and they were Great. Service was fast and professional
Also ran out out gas and a delivery was prompt. Anytime I call the office the staff are always helpful and nice.

What most impressed you about the service you received from AmeriGas?

I didn't have to to get my tanks refilled in late November, when I had my tanks moved and reset this past fall the technician said he was going to mention that the tanks should be replaced. and last year I had emergency delivery because my tanks read zero but the tech that arrived to fill them said the gauges were not reading properly because the tanks still had about 30%. Tanks haven't been replaced yet and have bee there since amerigas was located in Hillsborough.
