When my wife and I needed to added a propane delivery location for our Summer home, the AmeriGas staff were fast and efficient from the paper work to the delivery.

The ability to get a live person quickly. She was not in the Richmond office - the call was re-routed to her but she took care of the concern right away. I appreciate that service.

Consistency with dealing with the team you have. The staff is professional and cares about the customer. When issues arise they are empathetic and work to meet a goal that is suitable to both the company and the individual.

They were attentive to our needs. Also the guy who came out for delivery had to go around some cord wood I hadn't stacked yet and I apologized to him. He was really cool about it. Really nice guy.
