Great service on 'auto refill over the years with one bad! slip up on a Dec/Jan time with lows in the -10 degree range.
I was traveling and got home to a 34 degree home.
Luckily no burst pipes!

Also great fast response the two times I smelled gas by the tank....fixed things immediately

A phone call is all that is needed to get personal service from NM Propane. They were able to accommodate my schedule.

For years I've been struggling with propane delivery orders over the phone: confusing information, long waits for delivery, being charged over the standard rate per gallon, and negative interactions with office staff. Being able to order online seems to be the answer,

Servigas is very reliable on keeping our tank filled in a timely manner. Prices are consistent with the market and customer service if needed is quick, pleasant, and professional. We've used SG for over 15 years. Love the hassle free invoicing and automatic billing.

I didn't have to call to get a propane delivery. You got me filled up for the start of the heating season. I really like your service which ensures that my fuel supply doesn't go empty. Also, your driver was really interested in my comments about being able to safely handle his truck on my driveway when we get ice and snow in the winter and he now knows where to find my propane tank.

Staff was helpful in making a recommendation to fill now at the probable best price. The deliver went smoothly. When I went to pay the bill, the transaction went quickly and smoothly.
