I really like the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the equipment and the facilities, the attention to detail, focus and commitment to the satisfaction of members, and the staff seem to love their jobs and are happy doing what they do. I also really appreciate my trainer, whom I have been training with for the last 15 years, whom I followed to Sky Fitness when he transferred from his previous gym. I was delighted with Sky immediately!

The staff are amazing! They create a welcoming atmosphere and are always willing to help. They build relationships with customers that also embody a desire to connect and befriend new people. Being greeted by name before I even swipe my card and it’s only been two weeks at the gym. You can find good workout equipment at any gym but good people, that’s a gem that this gym has!

Cleanliness and everyone is friendly. It's nice to go somewhere to release some mental stress in a place that won't have drama or add more stress to the day.
Side note:
The whole cleaning crew deserves some recognition and a hefty bonus. They are always there, keeping the place clean and has been there through all of this weird times we are living in right now.
I don't know her name, but my wife and I were commenting yesterday about how good the blonde girl is doing. She seems to always be there when we are and does a fantastic job of keeping things clean and organized.

I love the Sky fitness gyms. Love the south gym the best. I was at the BA gym and it was home to me. I have to drive a bit further to go workout now. I was recently charged on my card for some things and there was no explanation to what it was for. This has me a little disappointed for now.
